Resilience Workshop with Emma Brannigan

This workshop will cover:

🔸️Anxiety

🔸️Unhelpful thinking

🔸️Challenging negative thoughts

🔸️Core beliefs

🔸️Confidence


Useful awareness tools such as:

🔸️Boundaries

🔸️Communication styles

🔸️Attachment styles

🔸️Distraction techniques


This interactive workshop will help you feel more confident in the decisions that you make, create healthy boundaries in all your relationships, and help you challenge those negative thoughts and self-talk and build resilience.


This will be a 2-hour workshop and there will be a free 30-minute follow-up telephone session with Emma to discuss anything else that you need to. You will come away with useful resources to use at your convenience.
