A Journey to Wellness with Libraries NI

Libraries NI is excited to announce a new series of FREE online Mindfulness sessions, designed to support mental wellbeing and offer participants a moment of calm in their busy lives. These sessions will take place via Zoom every Tuesday from 11:00am to 12 noon, beginning on Tuesday 17 September and will be facilitated by an accredited Mindful Self-Compassion Teacher and Yoga Teacher.


This comprehensive programme consists of 24 sessions, divided into five distinct series, each focusing on different aspects of mindfulness. While each series offers a progressive exploration of mindfulness practices, the sessions are also designed to be stand alone. This means participants can join at any point, allowing for flexibility and accessibility.


Introduction to Mindfulness series begins on Tuesday 17 September 2024

Gentle Mindful Movement series begins on Tuesday 29 October 2024

Mindful Self-Compassion series begins on Tuesday 3 December 2024

Positive Neuroplasticity Training series begins on Tuesday 21 January 2025

Mindful Living series begins on Tuesday 25 February 2025


Whether you’re new to mindfulness or have an established practice, these sessions offer a valuable opportunity to deepen your understanding and experience the benefits of mindfulness. Each session is designed to be engaging and accessible, with no prior experience necessary.
