HIV Awareness Training

Training Objectives:

• To provide information on the main ways HIV can be transmitted and prevented

• To raise awareness of HIV testing and treatment

• To raise awareness of prejudice and stigma for people living with or affected by HIV

• To have fully informed staff to ensure that the quality of care given to peole with HIV is of a high standard

Training is open to ALL SHSCT staff and those in the SHSCT Community and Voluntary sector.
