Mindfulness Matters Programme
Starting on Wednesday 18th September, 7pm This is a beginners course for anyone new to mindfulness, curious about how it can help or those that have been before and would like to get back to a regular routine.
What to expect?
Relaxation, safe, warm, comfortable non-judgemental space to learn and relax and learn how to relax.
Location: Gortalowry house, Cookstown
6-weekly sessions exploring mindfulness, what mindfulness is and how it can help with a variety of issues and weekly access to a zoom mindfulness if members wish for further practice.
